Registration

• 1. Conference Sponsor – $2,600.00
  Sponsorship Level includes conference attendance for up to three company representatives ($75 for each additional representative). Sponsorship booths include electricity, wireless internet, table with skirt, 10x10 trade show booth space, two chairs, a copy of the attendee list, breakfast and lunch for each representative. Also included is a one-year WSSCA corporate membership.

  1. Introduction of Conference Sponsor representative at the opening general session in
  front of all conference attendees
  2. Your company logo, including a link to your company’s website, will be placed on
  the WSSCA website for one year
  3, Your company will be recognized as a Keynote Sponsor in conference promotional
  information and conference program e-booklet
  4. Your company name and logo will be displayed prominently in the conference program
  e-booklet and on-screen during the conference
  5. A spreadsheet listing all registered conference attendees and their contact information
  will be emailed to you approximately two weeks before the conference and following

  representatives (additional company representatives: $75/each) wireless internet,
  table with skirt, 10x10 trade show booth space, two chairs, a copy of the attendee list,
  breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets for two company representatives. Electricity for
  the booth is an additional $70.
  Your company name will appear in the conference program e-booklet and your logo.
• 8. Exhibitor Vendor ( Non WSSCA Members Only) – $700.00
  Vendor and Exhibitor booths include conference attendance for two company
  representatives (additional company representatives: $75/each) wireless internet,
  table with skirt, 10x10 trade show booth space, two chairs, a copy of the attendee list,
  breakfast, lunch, and two drink tickets for two company representatives. Electricity for
  the booth is an additional $70.
  Your company name will appear in the conference program e-booklet and your logo.
• 9. Social Event Sponsor – $1,800.00
  1. Opportunity to welcome attendees to the Thursday Evening Social Event and present a
  brief (3-4 minute) overview of your company or your product(s)/service(s) (per WSSCA
  guidelines)
  2. Your company logo, including a link to your company’s website, will be placed on
  the WSSCA website for one year
  3. Your company will be recognized as a Social Event Sponsor in conference promotional
  information and conference program e-booklet
  4. Includes recognition for sponsoring the Thursday Evening Social Event
