Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Wilderness Resort at 800-867-9453 and state you are with Leader #A85301. The conference room block rate is $98.00 per night for a standard room and $129.00 per night for a double, triple or quad room.
Hotel block is available until February 2 or until block is full.
Conference Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your registration for a full refund, up to forty-six (46) days before the event. Cancellation requests received within forty-five (45) to seven (7) days of the event will not be refunded and can be transferred to a different person. No refunds or transfers will be made for cancellations received seven (7) days prior to the conference or for no shows at the conference. When you register for this event, you agree to these terms. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to wssca@wssca.org.
